Preferred Contractors Network has created a network of professional contractors and service providers that provide a full array of services inside and outside residential homes.

We do not attempt to match you with a contractor. Our directory limits the number of contractors to 5 per category. However, the website does not limit the number of contractors.

The contractors do not pay a referral fee if you choose to use them. They have paid a one-year fee to be a member of Preferred Contractors Network (PCN).

PCN offers homeowners a resource of contractors and service providers who are committed to quality service. This directory is provided as a service to help homeowners find reputable contractors in their area. It is not intended to be an endorsement of any the contractors/service providers listed.

To find a good contractor is not an easy task. You are told to do your homework. Research each contractor. We know in today's busy world many of us don't have the time it takes to check out a tradesperson every time you have a problem.

We want you to know that we do our homework. We have used a variety of criteria to bring you reliable, professional contractors and service providers. Each member has willingly provided us with their credentials: licensing, insurance and bonding information, years of experience, continuing education, references (as requested), and membership in professional organizations.

In these directories you will find talented people dedicated to enhance the livability and/or beautification of your home and who are committed to the same values of integrity, honesty and ethical work practices on which our company is based.

If you are unable to find a contractor in your area, check the other 3 areas. Many of our contractors will service the entire metro area.
